About You
Does this sound like you?
You are outwardly capable and functioning, with a track record of taking responsibility and getting things done. Yet something no longer quite fits. You may be successful by most external measures, but internally you feel a pull to realign—personally, professionally, or both.
You are willing to look honestly at yourself, to be challenged with care, and to engage in work that goes beyond quick fixes or surface solutions. You understand that meaningful change unfolds through reflection, choice, and sustained attention, not shortcuts.
You do not need to be fully clear or confident to begin. You do, however, need to be willing to take responsibility for your part, to stay engaged with the process, and to meet yourself with curiosity rather than avoidance. My role is to help you see what is currently difficult to see, make sense of recurring patterns, and create the conditions for clarity, agency, and self-trust to emerge.
If this resonates, you are likely in the right place.
Who I work with
I work with people who are ready to take responsibility for their choices and are willing to invest time, attention, and effort in their development—whether the impact is primarily in their own lives or extends to others.
Who I don’t work with
I am not the right fit for people who:
- are looking for quick fixes or external solutions
- remain stuck in blame, victimhood, or persistent negativity
- want change without sustained engagement or responsibility
- are emotionally overwhelmed and not currently able to move forward
About Me
My work is grounded in a simple belief: people are capable of change when they are met with honesty, care, and respect for their complexity. I’ve seen this repeatedly in my clients, and I’ve experienced it myself.
I believe in coaching and supervision because I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be when someone is supported to see themselves more clearly, make sense of their patterns, and act with greater agency and self-trust. This is not about quick fixes or surface-level improvement, but about meaningful, sustainable change.
I am a qualified professional coach and coaching supervisor, working with individuals, coaches, and leaders who are willing to engage thoughtfully with their development. My aim is not to perform expertise, but to offer a rigorous, relational space where insight can translate into real change.
Before moving into coaching and supervision, I spent nearly 20 years working within our family business and the corporate world. I’ve been a trainee, a manager, a leader, and an entrepreneur, and I’ve worked with people at all levels, including senior leadership and CEO level. I understand first-hand the pressures, expectations, and identity tensions that often sit beneath outward success.
Like many of my clients, I’ve navigated my own career transitions and periods of reassessment. Coaching and supervision became the place where my experience, values, and way of working came together with clarity and purpose.
A little more about me
Outside my professional work:
-
I am a wife and a mother
-
I value simplicity and try to keep things grounded and human
-
I enjoy building and creating things, particularly DIY projects
-
I don’t take myself too seriously and value perspective
-
I love the beach, open space, and palm trees
-
Learning to ride a motorbike is still on my bucket list
-
Some of the most stretching experiences I’ve chosen include paragliding and walking on fire
Coaching
I work with people who are prepared to invest seriously in their development and growth. Typically, these are capable, self-aware individuals who have achieved a great deal, yet sense that something no longer quite fits. Outwardly, life may look successful; inwardly, there is often a growing pull to realign—to live and work with greater honesty, coherence, and agency.
Over the years, I have trained with and learned from highly regarded teachers, trainers, and coaches. I bring this experience together with many years of working across family business, corporate environments, entrepreneurship, and private practice. What matters most to me now is not the accumulation of knowledge, but how it is used—thoughtfully, relationally, and in service of meaningful, sustainable change.
My way of working is grounded, direct, and relational. I pay close attention to patterns in thinking, behaviour, and belief, and I am willing to name what often remains unspoken. Sessions are not about performance or quick insight, but about creating the conditions where clarity can emerge and real choices can be made.
Coaching relationships typically run from three months—for focused, short-term objectives—up to a year. Anything less rarely allows the depth required for lasting change. Each engagement is highly personalised to your context, intentions, and way of working. Sessions take place via video or phone and are shaped around what will best support your development.
I have deep respect for my clients and the commitment they bring. They choose to invest time, energy, and attention into understanding themselves more clearly. That investment consistently shows—in the decisions they make, the risks they take, and the lives they shape with greater intention.
What clients work on
Clients come to me with a wide range of personal, professional, and business concerns: career transitions, leadership challenges, questions of identity and direction, or moments where success no longer feels as satisfying as it once did.
Through our work together, clients commonly experience:
- greater clarity and focus
- increased self-trust and confidence
- a different relationship with fear, doubt, and limiting beliefs
- movement from overwhelm to grounded decision-making
- renewed engagement with work and life
- clearer boundaries and a more sustainable sense of balance
Some go on to negotiate salary increases, launch or grow businesses, transition out of corporate roles, or reshape their coaching practices. Others make quieter, but equally significant shifts—changing how they relate to themselves, their work, and the people around them.
A considered commitment
This work asks for more than a financial investment. It requires presence, honesty, and a willingness to stay engaged over time. It is not suited to those looking for quick fixes, external answers, or motivation without responsibility.
Staying where you are—especially when something already feels misaligned—often has a cost: a gradual dulling of energy, a sense of living slightly out of sync with yourself, or the quiet frustration of knowing change is needed but not fully addressed.
If you are ready to engage thoughtfully with your development, I invite you to book an initial conversation.
The initial consultation is free. It is a space for both of us to assess whether working together feels like the right fit. I will ask questions to understand your situation and intentions, and I will explain clearly how I work so you can decide, without pressure, how you wish to proceed.
“Behind every fearless player is a fearless coach who refused to let them be anything but the best they can be.”
Coaching Supervision
“How do I know how well I am coaching?” is a question that keeps coming up for the coaches that I work with, together with questions like:
How do I know how effective my coaching skills are?
How do I take my coaching to the next level?
A great place to find the answer to these questions is “Coaching Supervision”.
Supervision is a safe space for you to reflect on your coaching skills and the work you do with your clients (paid or unpaid). We explore together areas that you need to improve in (including your blind spots) and your strengths.
One of the many benefits that you can experience from supervision is increased confidence in your coaching skills, which will significantly impact your results with clients.
What is coaching supervision?
Supervision is a safe place where we partner up with you (the coach) to reflect and explore the practice, tasks, processes, challenges and achievements of your coaching work and your well-being. It is a space where the coach can gain confidence and unleash their creativity to ensure the best possible service to the coaching client.
Supervision allows the coach to:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching process.
- Monitor the relationship between the coach, the coachee and the client/organisation.
- Share and promote good practices.
- Share and value lessons learned.
- Challenge approaches and techniques in a supportive and challenging environment.
- Develop new approaches and knowledge to be more effective with coachees.
- Provides a structure to continue to develop skills and monitor progress.
- Provides a space for taking care of the coach’s emotional wellbeing.
- Consolidate high standards of ethics in the coaching process.

Business Mentoring for Coaches
Many coaches complete a training or qualification with a strong desire to help others, yet find themselves stalled when it comes to building a real, sustainable practice. The gap is rarely about motivation or intelligence. More often, it’s about integration—bringing identity, confidence, skill, and business reality together in a way that actually works.
This mentoring is for coaches who are ready to take their work seriously, but sense that something is not yet fully aligned. You may have knowledge, insight, and capability, yet still feel uncertain about how to translate this into a practice you can stand behind and charge for with confidence.
This may be relevant for you if:
- you are clear you want to work as a coach, but feel hesitant or inconsistent about putting yourself forward
- you struggle to articulate who you help and why clients should choose you
- you find yourself procrastinating or overthinking business decisions
- you feel uncomfortable charging for your work, despite knowing its value
- you want to build a coaching practice that feels congruent, ethical, and sustainable
This is not about pushing yourself into visibility before you’re ready, or following generic business formulas. It is about becoming grounded enough in who you are as a coach that taking action becomes a natural extension, not a performance.
How I work
I work with coaches who are willing to take responsibility for their development and who want thoughtful, honest guidance rather than quick fixes.
I’ve been where you are. I know the uncertainty that sits between qualification and practice. I also know that confidence doesn’t come from more information—it comes from clarity, self-trust, and doing the right work in the right order.
Our work together focuses on three interrelated foundations, rather than stages you “complete” and move on from.
1. Coach Identity & Readiness
We begin by clarifying who you are in the work—not as a brand, but as a practitioner.
This includes:
- how you naturally show up as a coach
- the kinds of clients and situations you are genuinely suited to
- the patterns you already work well with
- what feels authentic—and what does not
This is where confidence starts. Not from pretending certainty, but from knowing yourself well enough to stand behind your work.
2. Client Fit, Niche & Offer Clarity
Rather than forcing a niche, we look for evidence—patterns in who you are drawn to, who responds to you, and where your work has impact.
Together we clarify:
- who you are best placed to serve right now
- the problems or tensions your clients recognise themselves in
- how to articulate your offer in clear, human language
- pricing and boundaries that feel both ethical and sustainable
The aim is not to narrow you unnecessarily, but to make you recognisable to the right clients.
3. Practice Building & Embodied Action
Only then do we focus on action—but action that is grounded, realistic, and aligned.
This includes:
- deciding what actually needs to be in place to begin (and what doesn’t)
- working with fear, avoidance, and self-doubt as they show up in real time
- translating insight into consistent, doable steps
- building confidence through experience, not performance
You are supported to take action, reflect, adjust, and learn—rather than push yourself through a plan that doesn’t fit.
Practicalities
Mentoring typically runs over several months, allowing enough time for integration and real movement. We work through regular 1:1 sessions, with space for reflection, challenge, and practical decision-making. Support between sessions is available, not to micromanage, but to keep momentum grounded.
This work requires commitment. It asks for time, attention, honesty, and a willingness to look at what is really getting in the way. It is not suitable for coaches looking for scripts, shortcuts, or someone else to tell them what to do.
A considered invitation
If you are ready to build a coaching practice that reflects who you are—and are willing to do the developmental work that supports that—I invite you to book an initial conversation.
This conversation is a mutual exploration. We will look at where you are, what you want to build, and whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to proceed.

Andrea helped me to understand my strengths and values and how to align this with my coaching. I had subconsciously written off one of my strengths as a coaching niche as I believed it to be not unique enough. Andrea opened my mind to a new way of thinking around this which has created so many new options for me to explore. Very powerful what can be achieved in a 1-hour session. Thank you, Andrea.“
